Modjoule has completed its spin-out from Deep Science Ventures (DSV), transitioning from the structured venture-builder environment into an independent company. DSV is a mission-driven venture creator that integrates scientific expertise and founder-type scientists to build high-impact deep-tech companies with a strong focus on Climate, Energy, Agriculture, Computation and other domains.
DSV’s “solution-pull” methodology starts by defining real-world problems (like global heating, energy transition, carbon reduction) and then works backward to design scalable, science-based solutions with a real business case. DSV has launched dozens of ventures across multiple sectors, building a track record of rigorous systems-level innovation and delivering ventures with credible potential for large-scale impact.
Through its incubation, DSV supported our technology development with first-principles engineering, market scrutiny, and iterative validation to ensure that Modjoule’s innovations are commercially viable, scalable, and mission-aligned.
